Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sync Ergonomics purchase. Therefore, we offer return and refund options.
Return Window
We accept returns within two weeks (14 days) after the product has been shipped to your address, on the following conditions:
- The product must be unused
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
- The product must be returned in a like new state
- You must provide the original proof of purchase
Refund Amount
For eligible returns, we will refund the full purchase amount, minus card processing fees and all shipping expenses. Shipping expenses may differ from the shipping fee charged at checkout.
Please note: that shipping costs, any custom duties or taxes applied, and card processing fees are non-refundable.
Shipping Costs: These costs are incurred by us to transport the product from our facility to your specified delivery address. Once the service has been rendered by the shipping carrier, these costs are generally non-recoverable by Sync Ergonomics.
Custom Duties and Taxes: These are charges imposed by your country's customs authorities on imported goods. They are typically collected by the government of the importing country and are not retained by Sync Ergonomics. As such, we are unable to refund these amounts. You may be able to reclaim these duties directly from your local customs authority, depending on their regulations.
Card Processing Fees: These fees are levied by payment processors for each transaction. As these are third-party charges and are incurred at the time of the original purchase, they are non-refundable.
